30-day Warranty 
This warranty does not include chipping or breakage of glass or ceramic items due to dropping. If you received a product you believe to be defective, contact Customer Care at 1.877.457.8845, within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement. If, due to unavailability and or actual product replacement cannot be made, we will credit the full purchase price amount toward future purchases of Lock&Lock® brand products. Warranty replacement items or parts will be subject to shipping and handling charges. 

 

Limited Warranty 
Lock&Lock® Brand products are warranted by Lock&Lock® against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the 1 year from time of the purchase. If, due to unavailability and or actual product replacement cannot be made, comparable product replacement will be made, or credit towards future purchases of Lock&Lock® brand products will be given. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty replacement items or parts will be subjects to shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.

 

CookPlus® Cookware Warranty
CookPlus® Culinary collection carries a limited warranty against defects in the material or workmanship under normal or household non-commercial use. Warranty coverage on glass covers does not include breakage due to dropping. The non-stick coating carries a 5-year limited warranty against defects in the material or workmanship. Limited warranty specifically excludes damage to nonstick coating attributable to misuse, accidents or alterations to the products or any damage which does not impair the functionality of the product. See product inserts for more information. Warranty replacement for CookPlus Cookware requires shipping the product to Lock&Lock® at your expense. 

This warranty will be void if the defect is caused by accident, misuse, negligence, including tampering, abuse, damage in transit or use for commercial purposes. It does not cover damage caused by anything other than a manufacturing defect. This warranty excludes any relief for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do no allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

 

How to make a locknlock-usa.com Warranty Claim?

If there are any discrepancies, defects, or damages to our product(s), the customer will need to mail proof of purchase from locknlock-usa.com along with the damaged or defective part to 1264 N. Lakeview Ave. Anaheim, CA 92807.  (Proof of purchase must be within 1 year of the purchase date.)  Prepaid postage is required. Please contact us by phone 1(877)457-8845 or by email cs@ locknlock-usa.com with a detailed explanation of the situation. Once the case has been reviewed we will do everything we can to replace the defect part promptly.

This warranty does not apply products purchased from third-party companies or in cases of misuse or abusive use. Contact us if you are unsure if your defective item qualifies under warranty.

We are a distributor of Lock & Lock, not the manufacturer, therefore, we do not offer replacements for products not sold by us.
