SHIPMENTS-

All products are shipped to your door via UPS within the 48 contiguous United States. You will receive an email with an order confirmation soon after placing your order. If any error is found please contact us by email, cs@locknlock-usa.com or by telephone, 1(877) 457-8845. 

UPS is our preferred carrier. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, value of the item (for insurance purposes) and the destination. Some order may be shipped in multiple parcel. If we ship in multiple parcels there is no additional fees to your order.

PO BOX ADDRESSES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR UPS SHIPPING. AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE MAY BE REQUIRED IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED TO A PO BOX. ANY PACKAGE(S) ADDRESSED TO THE PO BOX MAY BE DELAYED AND WILL NOT BE COVERED BY ANY UPS WARRANTY.

IF YOUR ORDER EXCEEDS $300 YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE EITHER A CREDIT CARD APPLICATION FORM OR A W-9 FORM BEFORE WE CAN PROCESS YOUR ORDER. THIS IS A PRECAUTION FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY AND TO VERIFY THE TRANSACTION.

·         A CREDIT CARD APPLICATION FORM IS REQUIRED FOR PERSONAL ORDERS THAT EXCEED $300.

o    THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD FORM MUST MATCH THE NAME OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER.

o    THE BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH THE ADDRESS ON THE CREDIT CARD FORM.

RETURN POLICY-

TO REQUEST A RMA NUMBER, PLEASE CALL US AT 877-457-8845, OR VIA E-MAIL AT CS@LOCKNLOCK-USA.COM WITH AN EXPLANATION FOR THE RETURN. WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER, THE RETURNED PRODUCT(S) MAY RESULT IN A 20% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGE. ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY LOCK &LOCK USA WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE RMA ISSUE DATE, WITH THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE SHIPPING PACKAGE OR BOXES. THE RMA NUMBER WILL EXPIRE AFTER THE 15 DAYS. ALL RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER THE 15 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. IF AN EXTENSION IS NEEDED, PLEASE CONTACT US. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES; INCLUDING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

THE CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES MUST CONFIRM YOUR REQUEST PRIOR TO RETURNING.

*ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW AND RESALABLE CONDITION. RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY MARKS, STAINS, OR ANY DAMAGE THAT WOULD PREVENT THAT ITEM FROM BEING RESOLD.

*ANY RETURNS DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, MISSING APARTMENT/HOUSE NUMBER OR ANY INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC 20% RESTOCKING FEE. IF THE REQUEST TO CHANGE THE ORDER SHIPPING ADDRESS IS RECEIVED AND CONFIRMED BEFORE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

*IF THE CUSTOMER DESIRES TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY A SHIPPING INTERCEPTION FEE OF $18.

*IF THE PACKAGE IS SENT BACK DUE TO THE CUSTOMER’S AVAILABILITY, THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY A FAILED DELIVERY FEE OF $12.50. SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED BASED UPON THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.

*FOR ANY RETURN OR CANCELLATION, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING LOCKNLOCK-USA.COM. ORDERS RETURNED OR CANCELLED DUE TO ORDERING THE INCORRECT COLOR, SIZE, MODEL OR ANY REASON AT THE FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC 20% RESTOCKING FEE. IF THE REQUEST TO CANCEL AN ORDER IS RECEIVED AND CONFIRMED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO THE ORDER BEING SHIPPED, THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANY CANCELLATION FEES.
